- Encourage employees to focus on only one healthy goal at a time – eating an apple a day, for example, or walking for just 10 minutes. Meeting small goals truly does help people continue working toward more and harder goals.
- Consider offering baseline health assessment screenings (diabetes, cholesterol, triglycerides, hypertension, etc) at reduced or no cost to participants.
