Accounts Payable
Pay rate: $20-$26/per hour, depending on experience
Shift: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday
This employee will:
- Keep track of all payments and expenditures including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
- Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
- Maintain historical records.
- Pay employees by verifying expense reports and preparing pay checks.
- Pay vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit.
- Respond to all vendor inquiries regarding finance.
- Prepare analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports.
- Work to continually improve the payment process.
Knowledge and Ability Requirements
- A minimum of two years of experience in accounts payable
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Expectational organizational skills
Sales Customer Service Representative
Pay rate: $17 per hour
Shift: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday
This employee will:
- Generate and email business customers written quotes.
- Accurately enter and follow up on purchase orders within the business’s computer system.
- Process and handle requests for sales reps and distributors including literature and demos.
- Maintain and prepare various sales reports as requested.
- Make informed product recommendations that are cost-justifiable.
- Provide high-quality communication with customers via email and telephone, escalating complex issues to applications engineers as needed.
- Become an expert on our product offerings through a comprehensive training program.
- Adhere to ISO 9001 compliance procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Ability Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency (required)
- Bachelor s degree in business administration, microbiology, electronics, or a related field preferred
- At least two years of experience in B2B sales, customer service, or data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal

Manufacturing Assembler Operator
Pay rate: $18 per hour
Shift: 5 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Monday through Friday
This employee will:
- Build standard machines as required by daily shipping reports, following checklists and manufacturing order definitions.
- Refer to machine checklists for assembly steps before release to testing.
- Record and complete machine documentation information, including serial number, date, model, and initials, in the machine completions logbook.
- Verify that manufacturing orders match the actual approved machine and contents, including correct materials and labor time.
- Report defective assemblies or components to the final Assembly Lead and replace them as necessary.
- Assist with other machine assembly as required.
- Build custom machines as required or assigned.
- Prep stock trailers including tires and axles.
- Perform production unit clean-up tasks as assigned, following work instructions and safety standards.
- Sweep machine building paths daily or as required.
Knowledge and Ability Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least two years assembly experience in manufacturing industry
- Mechanical inclination
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in basic mathematical operations
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods
- Willingness to work in a non-air-conditioned manufacturing environment
- Comfortable working around mechanical/pneumatic tools and using them safely
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment and multitask effectively

Electronic Technician (temp to hire)
Pay rate: $18 per hour
Shift: 7 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Monday through Friday
This employee will:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate electronic instrumentation.
- Provide customer technical support as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all procedures established for ISO 9001 and ISO 17025.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Ability Requirements
- High school diploma (required); associate’s degree or certificate in electronics or military equivalency (preferred)
- 3 or more years electronics experience (preferred)
- Experience with electronics lab equipment (i.e., volt meters, oscilloscopes, etc.)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- History of job stability
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. comfortably
- Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong basic math skills
