Outside Sales/Account Manager
Arrow Staffing has an outstanding opportunity in the Inland Empire. We are looking for an energetic individual to do outside sales. As an Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to increase sales by developing new customers through outside sales prospecting, phone prospecting and some emailing. If you are willing to sell business to business, have an effective phone presence, a solid sales track record and the desire to win, this could be the next career choice for you.
Responsibilities Include:
Sell Arrow Staffing’s workforce solutions
Close new business to generate job orders – temporary and direct hire
Represent Arrow Staffing in the Inland Empire market – networking groups, Chamber meetings, etc.
Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction at all times
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of four years related work experience
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Staffing and/or Recruiting experience a plus, but not necessary
Self-motivated
Excellent organizational and time management
Strong computer skills
Generous base salary + commission.
