The answer to this question will give you some indication of what matters to the company and the goals the company is pursuing.

5. What keeps you awake at night?
This question gets at what really is important for the company, and more particularly what problems the company has that it is trying to solve.

6. How does someone coming into the company make an impact?
This is a question that gets at the key traits a person needs to be successful at the company and to make a contribution.

7. How does the company help its people to be successful?
This question is a way of learning about what support structures are in place at the company and what the company culture is like in terms of working together.
