You need to demonstrate reliability.
- If you do have the skills our employers need, we hope you’ll be willing to have some flexibility in the kind of work you’ll take on. While some of our jobs are direct-hire positions, most are temporary. But many of our temporary positions do turn into our employees becoming hired by our client companies. In addition, temporary positions are real jobs and you can place your time working with us on your resume.
- What’s more, working in temporary positions will help you keep income coming in while you look for more permanent work; you’ll also more than likely learn new skills while working as a temporary associate with us, making you ever more employable.
- A recruiter does have an “in” with our client companies.
